🫶 Final Thoughts
This is your gentle reminder that meal prep doesn’t have to be boring. ThisHojicha Chia Seed Pudding is proof that you can eat something clean, creamy, and calming all in one bite.
And if you’re new to hojicha? Let us introduce you to your new best friend.
Hojicha is roasted green tea, a mellow, nutty, and slightly caramel-y powder made from the same leaves as matcha, but roasted instead of steamed. That roasting process makes it naturally low in caffeine (like, drink-it-before-bed low) and super gentle on your stomach.
It’s the kind of tea that helps youslow down without shutting down. The kind of flavor that feels like a warm blanket on a chaotic day. And the kind of energy you’ll actually want to come back to.
So go ahead, make this pudding, light a candle, grab a spoon, and let yourself sink into something simple and satisfying. You’ve earned it.
