We stand behind the quality of our products. While all food items are final sale, we’ll always make it right if something arrives damaged or defective.
💚 Food Products
All matcha and tea sales are final due to safety regulations. If your item arrives damaged or the packaging is compromised, email us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit.
🍵 Accessories & Tools
If any of your matcha tools or accessories arrive damaged, just send us a photo and we’ll replace them or offer store credit — your choice!
📩 How to Start a Return
Email getnude@matchanude.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll respond within 1-3 business days with next steps.
📦 Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are eligible for replacements or credit if damaged on arrival. We do not accept returns due to preference or overstock.
