Every order is carefully packed with your matcha’s freshness in mind, so it arrives ready to whisk, enjoy, and savor. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Where We Ship
All Matcha Nude orders ship from the United States via USPS. We currently ship within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Order Processing
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (ET), excluding federal holidays. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Matcha Nude is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders requiring reshipment due to an incorrect address will incur an additional shipping charge.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with USPS tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Delays + Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly and allow 1–2 business days for resolution before reaching out to us. This allows time for delayed scans or delivery corrections.
Matcha Nude is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
