This Cookie Butter Matcha Latte is the ultimate cozy-meets-cool drink. It’s creamy, spiced, and sweet- but not too sweet - with that nostalgic cookie flavor layered into every sip. Think: café-worthy vibes without leaving your kitchen.
Made with just a few simple ingredients, homemade coconut sugar syrup, and our smooth and clean Matcha Nude, this drink gives major treat-yourself energy. Bonus points for the cookie butter swirl (because we all deserve a little swirl moment).
Ingredients

1 tsp Matcha Nude
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1–2 tsp homemade coconut sugar syrup (to taste)
- ½ cup milk of choice (we love oat or almond!)

1–2 tsp cookie butter (we used Biscoff + there are GF options!!)
- Ice

Optional: crushed cookies for topping
Directions
Make Your Syrup: Combine equal parts coconut sugar and hot water (start with 1 tbsp of each). Stir until dissolved. Store extra in the fridge for tomorrow’s matcha.
Whisk the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk 1 tsp Matcha Nude with 2 tbsp hot water until smooth and frothy.
Coat Your Glass: Use a spoon or spatula to swirl cookie butter along the inside of your glass. This is where the magic (and the visual joy) happens.
Assemble: Fill the glass with ice. Add ½ cup milk, your coconut sugar syrup, then pour in the whisked matcha.
Top It Off: Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies if you’re feeling fancy (and trust us, you are).
Stir & Sip: Mix it all together or sip in layers. It is a cozy cookie dream with a matcha glow.
