½ tsp Hojicha
- 1 c milk of choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder (or natural peanut butter)
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup, to taste
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tsp natural peanut butter, divided
- ¼ tsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp heavy cream or plant-based barista milk
- 1 tsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Few drops vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Directions
(Optional Rim) Use a butter knife to spread about 2 tsp of peanut butter onto the rim of your mug.
- (Optional Drizzle) Stir together 1 tsp peanut butter and ¼ tsp melted coconut oil until smooth. Set aside.
- (Optional Foam) In a tall glass, combine heavy cream (or barista milk), 1 tsp peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Froth until light and airy.
Make the Latte: Whisk hojicha powder with 2 tbsp hot (but not boiling) water until smooth. Heat milk until steaming. Add hojicha shot, warmed milk, peanut butter powder (or peanut butter), maple syrup, and salt to a blender. Blend until creamy.
- Pour the latte into your prepared mug. Top with foam and drizzle. Enjoy with your fav peanut butter treat!
