½ tsp Matcha Nude
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup cucumber (½ cucumber, peeled + blended or juiced)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1–2 tsp honey or agave, to taste
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice + fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Whisk the matcha with water until smooth and frothy. Set aside.
- Blend or juice cucumber. (If blending, strain for a smoother texture.)
- Fill a glass with ice. Add sparkling water, cucumber juice, sweetener, and lime juice.
- Pour the matcha shot over top for a layered effect.
