Ingredients

2–3 tsp Premium Matcha Nude
- ¼ cup warm water
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 2½ tsp agar agar (or gelatin)
Directions
In a bowl, whisk matcha with warm water until fully dissolved and frothy.
- In a small pot, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, and agar agar. Stir in the matcha mixture.
- Simmer over low-medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until agar agar is fully dissolved.
- Pour into small jars or ramekins. Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- Serve plain or top with fresh berries, coconut whip, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
