You are the CEO of your life!
Happy Friday Matcha Babes!
Here is something to end your week on and start your weekend with.
You are the CEO of your life! Hire, fire and promote accordingly.
It takes a lot of us a long time to really know this. Trust me you aren’t behind for not actually implementing this into your life.
You don't have to explain yourself to people, you don't need everyone’s approval and you don't need everyone to like you. We all make the mistake of thinking that we need all people to like us and we spread ourselves too thin. You know what though, you don’t need to be liked by everyone and further yet, you just won’t be, so you may as well just be yourself. Be unapologetically true to yourself and you will be much happier and happy people attract happiness.
You should keep people around that love you and truly want the best for you (even if they don't always understand) and let the rest gently go. Sometimes our loved ones or friends don’t quite get what we are doing but they should support you anyway. If they don’t it might be time to talk to them about it and/or re-evaluate the relationship, maybe it isn’t as important as it once was. Not every person is meant to stay in your life for the whole ride. You are worth it, never let anyone make you feel terrible about yourself or your choices, true friends and lovers will only ever help you learn, not make you feel like your aren't worth it.
You are worth the world to the right people and they will never let you forget that, they will always be there for you, support you and make you feel all the warm and fuzzies even in the tough times. Life is about learning, we are all always learning and the right people will never make you feel unworthy for not knowing something or making the wrong decisions sometimes.
You are in charge of your life, your success, and your circle; you’re in charge of everything in hour life! Take control and start making some positive decisions about who gets to share your amazing life with you. Who are you board members, who are you partners and who are your stakeholders (this isn’t about money, it’s about people who have given you their time and other resources to help you)? Who do you trust to be there for you, really support you and truly love you?
