Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- ¼–½ cup unsweetened milk of choice (vegan if desired)
- 2 pitted dates (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder

½ tsp Hojicha powder
- Generous sprinkle of pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup granola (vegan if desired)
- 1 small red pear, thinly sliced
Directions
In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen cauliflower florets, frozen banana, pumpkin puree, ¼ c milk, dates (if using), protein powder, Hojicha powder, and pumpkin spice.
Blend until rich and creamy. If needed, add additional milk to facilitate blending.
Transfer the smoothie to a serving bowl.
Garnish the smoothie with granola and pear slices.
