Ingredients
- 14 oz jar of smooth, natural, raw cashew butter
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1–2 tsp Matcha Nude matcha powder (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, divided
Directions
Line a bread pan with wax paper or several layers of plastic wrap, leaving enough on the sides to pull the fudge out after it sets.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cashew butter, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir until creamy and well blended. Divide the mixture into two separate bowls.
To one half of the mixture, add the matcha powder and mix well. Adjust matcha to taste for a stronger flavor.
Chop the freeze-dried strawberries finely and stir most of them into the other half of the mixture, reserving a tablespoon for garnish.
Pour most of the matcha mixture into the prepared bread pan. Add dollops of the strawberry mixture on top, then finish with the remaining matcha mixture. Use a knife to swirl the two layers together for a marbled effect.
Sprinkle the reserved freeze-dried strawberries on top, pressing them gently into the surface to help them stick.
Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer overnight.
Once set, remove the fudge from the freezer and lift it out using the wax paper or plastic wrap. Cut into 18 bite-sized pieces.
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the freezer for up to several weeks. Serve directly from the freezer for the perfect texture.

- Customize the Sweetness: Feel free to adjust the maple syrup to your preference.
- Storage Tip: Keep the fudge in the freezer at all times to maintain its texture and prevent melting.
- Make It Vegan: Ensure you're using plant-based cashew butter and check that your freeze-dried strawberries contain no additives.
The Benefits of Matcha
