1. In a small bowl, combine ½ tsp Matcha Nude with 2 oz hot water (around 160-170°F).

2. Use a bamboo whisk or electric milk frother to whisk until smooth and frothy.

Build the Base Latte

1. In a shaker, combine: Prepared matcha shot 🍵, ¾ oz Monin banana purée 🍌, ½ oz Monin vanilla syrup, milk of your choice 🥛 and ice cubes 🧊

2. Shake for 15-20 seconds to chill and combine.

3. Pour into your favorite glass.

Create the Banana Cold Foam

1. In a small pitcher, combine: 2 oz heavy whipping cream (or dairy-free alternative,) 🥛¼ oz Monin banana purée 🍌,½ oz Monin toasted marshmallow syrup 🔥

2. Use a milk frother to whip until it reaches a light, foamy texture.

Assemble & Garnish

1. Pour the banana cold foam over your matcha latte.

2. Drizzle with Monin sea salt caramel toffee sauce 🍯.

3. Sprinkle with crushed Nilla wafers 🍪 and a pinch of coarse sea salt 🧂.
