Ingredients
🍃 Ingredients for the Mocktail:
- Sparkling or seltzer water
- Matcha simple syrup (see below)
- Optional: A splash of cranberry juice
- Optional Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig + fresh cranberries
🍵 Ingredients for Matcha Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar (raw sugar, honey, or maple syrup work too!)
- 3 tsp Matcha Nude Organic Matcha Powder
Directions
Make the Matcha Simple Syrup:
Combine 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to a gentle boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Sift in 3 tsp Matcha Nude and whisk until fully dissolved.
Let cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Build Your Mocktail:
Fill a glass with ice.
Add 1–3 tsp matcha simple syrup to the glass.
Top with sparkling or seltzer water.
Optional: Add a splash of cranberry juice for a festive twist.
