Matcha Nude was a dream that started in the office of a job that I hated and I didn't tell anyone. Now it is my life and it lights me up every day. I look back to that time and see how much my life has transformed, because I followed the thing that lit me up so much. I am amazed and delighted every day.

When I was young I followed my yes and ignored the should of life. I lived a big beautiful life that I was fully in love with. Somewhere along the way, probably to do with a boy, I started doing things because I should and lost myself.

I felt the darkness of life fold around me and just let it overtake me for a time, then I realized that my life wasn’t meant to be dark. I was meant to live a big beautiful life and I started to take my power back from whatever I had given it away to.

It was small steps at first and a lot of scary steps but I eventually found my way to myself and it has been the best journey of my life so far. It has also been the largest lesson of my life. Don’t lose yourself in what you think that you should be and just be truly who you are my loves.

Once I started to feel good about who I was again, the steps became bigger and even the scary ones were less scary. The process became faster and faster every day and I felt so much like myself, that my life didn’t have any choice but to feel amazing!
