Ingredients You'll Need:

  • 2 cups gluten-free baking flour (like Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Blend)
  • 1-2 tbsp Matcha Nude 🍵
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey, or monk fruit for a low-sugar option)
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free milk (almond or coconut milk work great)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mini dairy-free white chocolate chips (like Enjoy Life)

How to Make These Scones:

  1. Mix It Up: In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free baking flour, Matcha Nude, and baking powder. This creates the perfect base for that smooth matcha flavor.

  2. Add the Wet Ingredients: Pour in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, dairy-free milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined, then fold in the dairy-free white chocolate chips. 🍫

  3. Shape & Chill: Shape the dough into a 1 1/2-inch thick circle and cut it into 8 pieces. Place the scones in the fridge for an hour to chill. This makes them bake up even better!
