Earth Day Matcha Latte

If you have been here long enough, you likely know that Matcha Nude has roots in sustainability. We believe in taking care of the freaking amazing planet we live on every day, not just Earth Day. In 2023, Retro Coffee made an INCREDIBLE Earth Day Latte and we are so excited that they shared the recipe with us! 🤩  It's not only delicious but also celebrates our love for the planet! 🌎 🌏 🌍 

Not to mention BOTH of the woman-owned tea companies featured in this recipe are packaged in compostable packaging! 🙌 That's what we are taking about!!!

INGREDEINTS

• 1/2 tsp Matcha Nude
• 2 tbsp water
• 4 ounces plant milk
• 4 ounces of brewed Asheville Tea Company Mountain Mint Tea
• Optional: vanilla syrup or extract
• Optional: ice (can be served hot or iced)

HOW TO:

1. Brew a fresh cup of Asheville Tea Company Mountain Mint Tea.
2. In a separate bowl, mix Matcha Nude with 2 tbsp of water until smooth.
3. Pour the brewed mountain mint tea into a glass.
4. Add a dash of vanilla for an extra flavor boost if you choose.
5. Pour your preferred plant milk over the mint tea (we love coconut milk for its creamy texture). If you're making an iced version, add some ice cubes to the glass.
6. Top it all off with the matcha shot.
7. Start sipping away!
