Classic Matcha Smoothie

This is the go to smoothie that you desire in your life.  Smoothies are an easy way to get more veggies and fruits into your life, especially if you are on the go.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Nude powder 
  • Maple syrup to sweeten if needed.

HOW TO: 


1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and desired consistency is reached. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid - milk or ice cubes and blend again. Pour in glass and enjoy!
