For me it is letting go, surrendering and trusting that the universe has my back and that I am smart enough to handle it all.
Every morning and several times throughout the day I have to take a deep breath and whisper to myself, surrender babe, you can't control it, it will work out the way it will and that will be perfect in the long run. -
Confidence Breeds Beauty.
I have seen the word confidence come up a bit recently and babe!
Confidence breeds beauty. It is the reason that you are magnetising all of the good into your life and it is the reason that you feel so damn good today!
To feel confident in yourself, your decisions and your ability is such and satisfying and delightful feeling.
Confidence is sustainable and supportive and cannot be contained. Once you have it, you can always find it and use it and it will naturally spread out around you and affect other people.

Be brave enough to be bad at something new!
Babe! This is hard for me too. Actually one of the hardest things for me is the pull between growing and being bad at things.
I hate being bad at anything.
I almost always choose growth (I am not perfect), but it is the hard choice for me. The feeling of being stagnant propels me into the choice to grow and learn but do I ever hate being new and bad at things.
I love to feel like I know what I am doing, I mean don't we all. -
Surrender, trust, believe.
How does the word surrender make you feel? What kinds of feelings does it evoke? Do you feel release, letting go, stress free? Or do you feel like you are giving up and not caring? It could be any of those feelings but either way could be negative or positive? -
You’re not looking for a sign. You’re looking for courage.
If you have a feeling that you should be doing something or ending something or saying something but you are waiting for a sign. A sign that is something outside this feeling, a sign to confirm this feeling, well I have news for you babe. This is the sign that you are looking for. What you are actually looking for is the courage to do the thing. You are looking for someone or something to tell you that you are brave enough to listen to your own inner voice, intuition, your knowing; whatever you wish to call it. -
Be the woman that does things differently
I know that I do. I desire to be a woman that does life the way that feels good for me, not because it makes other people feel safe.
You get a choice in every moment in your life and you can choose the life that is truly calling to you or you can follow the path that has been nicely set out for you. It could be easier but it might not be fulfilling and if it isn’t going to fill you up, then is it really easier?

I hope that you have made some time for fun this week. Joy, Play, Fun, Dancing. So as you are focused and crushing it with your big goals, make some time in your schedule to have a mid afternoon dance party, go for a walk outside, catch up with a friend for matcha lattes or something else totally for fun! -

Mmmm, did you feel that? You are so loved. You are so loved. This is often truer than we realise. We are loved by our family, friends, partners, pets but are we loved by ourselves? ÂAnd it is often sneaky, you think that you love yourself, but do you? I always thought that I loved myself but, really did I? I was critical of how I looked, how I sometimes reacted to things and often things that I did weren't really good enough. Is that self-love?
No, the answer is no!

BE A VOICE, NOT AN ECHO.
Be a voice, not an echo.
Such a small set of words but babe do they ever have a big meaning.
Choose to use your voice instead of letting the world or your world, create a life, opinions and choices for you with it's echo. If you don't make the choices, then someone else is.
Be intentional about every step you take, every word that you use, every person in your life, every habit that you have because every choice you don't make....it isn't your choice and your life should be nothing if not a collection of all of YOUR choices. -

I’ve done it all to get ahead…and I got there, to the place that I thought that I wanted to go, when you think that if you keep ticking things off the to do list that this plus that equals happiness.
