This is the go to smoothie that you desire in your life.  Smoothies are an easy way to get more veggies and fruits into your life, especially if you are on the go.

INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup plant based milk
1 ripe banana
1/4 ripe avocado
1 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon Matcha Nude powder 
Maple syrup to sweeten if needed.

This is a little twist on the classic.  You can add whatever you like to your traditional Matcha latte and I recommend experimenting.  This latte made with coconut milk, with maca is an afternoon delight.  Super easy to make and it will sustain you through your afternoon.
