Nude Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls are a staple in the Rocky Mountains.  We take them hiking, to the lake, skiing, to parties and our kids sporting events.  Super easy to make and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 1/4 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp maple syrup, more or less to taste*
3 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 Tbsp matcha green tea
Pinch of sea salt

HOW TO: 
1. Blend everything together in a food processor.

2. Shape into 1″ balls and enjoy!

Addition: You can use more shredded coconut to roll the balls.
